肱骨干粉碎性骨折合并桡神经损伤40例手术治疗观察

Observation on surgical treatments of 40 humeral comminuted fracture with radial nerve injury patients

目的 探讨联合固定治疗肱骨干粉碎性骨折合并桡神经损伤的临床效果和治疗体会.方法 对40例肱骨干粉碎性骨折合并桡神经损伤的患者采用螺钉或接骨板结合三维外固定支架进行治疗,同时对桡神经进行探查和修复.结果 所有患者术后均随访6个月以上,骨折全部愈合,其中术后6个月愈合的11例,6～ 12个月愈合的17例,12个月以上愈合的2例,无骨折不连病例,肩肘功能正常.结论 对肱骨干粉碎性骨折合并桡神经损伤的患者采用联合固定合并桡神经探查和修复的方法可获得满意效果.

Objective To observe the clinical effects and therapy experiences of the surgical treatments of humeral comminuted fracture with radial nerve injury patients. Methods 40 humeral comminuted fracture with radial nerve injury patients were selected and treated by bolt or bone fracture plate combined with bone fracture plate external fixation. Musculospiral nerve was searched and repaired. Results All patients were followed up over six months. All fractures were healed, llcases were healed in 6 months, 17 cases were in 6 - 12 months and 2 cases were over 12 months. There were no nonunion cases. The shoulder function was normal Conclusions For the humeral comminuted fracture with radial nerve injury patients, bolt or bone fracture plate combined with bone fracture plate external fixation can achieve satisfactory results.
