对转化医学发展背景下医学研究生教育的思考

转化医学是一门新兴学科,旨在促进基础医学成果快速应用于临床实践。近年来,转化医学已得到了广泛认同及快速发展。我国目前医学研究生教育存在基础研究与临床实践脱节的现象,不利于转化医学人才的培养。需要对目前的培养目标、培养方式、培养内容等进行调整,才能培养出适应转化医学发展的高层次优秀人才。

As a rising subject, translational medicine aims at improving the clinical apphcation ot basic medical achievements. It has been widely accepted and got very fast development in recent years. Nowadays, the disconnection between pre-clinical medicine and clinical medicine exists in the medical postgraduate education, and that goes against translational medieal personnel training. It is only to adjust the present training goal, fostering mode and cultivation content that can cultivate more excellent talents who can meet development of translational medicine.
