On the basis of deep research on the theory of multiple intelligences, it is applied to college biochemistry teaching activities. By the creation of multiple intelligences, optimization and design plan of the whole teaching, content, teaching pattern and experimental, innovative assessment methods, network sharing of teaching resources and develop the second classroom, positive significance to the students ＇ performance improvement and comprehensive quality is achieved.
