以皖北卫生职业学院为例,对新建高职院校科技工作现状进行优势(Strengths)、劣势(Weaknesses)、机会(Opportunities)、风险(Threats)四方面的综合分析,探索"目标(Objectives)-成本(Cost)-过程(Process)-评价(Evaluation)"即OCPE管理模式,形成突出特色的科技竞争力,促进新建高职院校更好地生存与发展。
