以传统的医学模式为主的临床医疗教学模式不能满足临床、教学的需求。循证医学是整合最佳临床研究证据、医生临床技能和病人意愿的临床实践模式,是一种终身学习和自我指导的学习方式。循证医学取代传统经验医学将是临床医学教学发展的趋势,对妇产科临床教学提出了新的要求和挑战,在实施过程中需要我们进一步探索,完善教学方式,最终提高临床教学效果。

The teaching for clinical medical which based on traditional medical model can It meet the needs of clinical and teaching. Evidence-based medicine was a clinical practice mode which integrate the best clinical research evidence, doctors clinical skill and the will of the patient. And it was a kind of lifelong learning and self-directed learning style. It would be the development trend that the traditional experience for clinical medicine teaching might be replaced by evidence-based medicine. This present new requirements and challenges for obstetrics and gynecology clinical teaching. In the process of implementation, we need further exploration to improve the teaching methods and enhance the clinical teaching effect.
