临床上要密切观察颅脑损伤患者的病情变化,主要采取降颅内压、抗炎、脱水、止血、预防应激性溃疡等治疗措施;有手术指征者,立即完善相关检查,开放绿色通道,术后坚强监护,预防并发症的发生;加强护理人员素质的提高,增强对疾病的预见性,以便做出正确的评估与预后,对患者及其家属做出正确后期康复指导。

To closely observe clinical patients with craniocerebral injury condition change, mainly by reducing intracranial pressure, anti-inflammatory, dehydration, hemostatic, treatment measures such as prevention of stress ulcer; with surgical indications, perfect the relevant inspection immediately, open the green channel, strong postoperative care, prevent the happening of the complications; strengthen the improvement of quality of nursing staff,enhance predicatability of disease,in order to make the correct evaluation and prognosis, making correct late rehabilitation quidance to patients and their families.
