摘要
在可持续发展战略视角下研究环境保护投资问题 ,需要突出环保投资比例和环保投资效益两方面的问题。针对我国环保投资比例偏低和环保投资效益不高的现状 ,指出提高环保投资比例和环保投资效益应重视运用经济手段 ,并指明应采取的主要经济手段和经济途径 。
The proportion and benefits of environmental protection input ate two key points that need to be concerned,While we study the environmental protection input of sustainable development.Considered the situation of low proportion and poor benefits of environmental protection input in China,it stresses to adopt economic means in order to enhance the proportion and benefits of environmental protection input.It cites some concrete economic means and ways for reference.
