In many metropolitan cities, housing prices have moved back to its peak levels back in 2007. According to Colin Dyer, President and CEO of Jones Lang Laselle, it's not an asset bubble, but just prices coming back to the level where supply and demand meet. This real estate cycle has three or four years left to run, so prices will continue to move up probably for three or four years.
