长期大强度运动人群机体炎症水平及其影响因素分析 被引量:7

Analysis of levels of inflammation and influential factors among athletes population with long-term intense exercise training

摘要 目的探讨长期大强度运动者机体炎症水平及其影响因素。方法选取广东省某体育训练基地精英运动员114人,并选取136名非运动员人群为对照组,采用双抗体夹心法检测其血浆中的炎症因子浓度。采用Logistic回归法分析运动员炎症水平的影响因素。结果运动组炎症因子IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α、IL-10、TNF-α/IL-10比值均高于对照组,IL-6、IL-1β/IL-10比值低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。运动员不同运动项目组间IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、IL-10水平不同,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,影响IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、IL-10水平的因素包括运动项目、性别、运动训练年限。在手球、曲棍球、棒球、垒球四项目中,以手球运动员为参照,垒球运动员高IL-6水平的风险最低,曲棍球运动员高IL-8、高TNF-α水平的风险最低,而高IL-10水平的风险最高。男性运动员高IL-6、IL-10水平的风险低于女性运动员。随运动训练年限的增加,运动员发生高TNF-α水平的风险升高。未发现IL-1β的影响因素。结论长期大强度运动人群机体炎症因子水平高于非大强度运动人群,其对身体的危害及与慢性病的关系有待进一步研究。 Objective To explore the levels of inflammation in athletes population with long-term intense exercise training, and its possible risk factors. Methods 114 athletes recruited from a certain sports training base of Guangdong were selected as experiment group, and 136 non-athletes as control group. Levels of inflammatory cytokin were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results The results showed that the levels of four inflammatory cytokin were higher in athletes group than in non-athletes, including IL-8, IL-1β, IL-10, TNF-α, as well as TNF-α/ IL-10 ratio. Whereas, IL-6 and IL-1β/IL-10 presented lower level in athletes than in non-athletes. According to the results of multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis, the sports type, gender, and the training age were the risk factors for IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α and IL-10level. Compared with handball group,softball group had the lowest level of IL-6 in four groups, hockey group had the lowest risk of IL-8 and TNF-α, however, had the highest level of IL-10. Male athletes had a lower risk of IL-6 and IL-10 than female athletes. TNF- α level increased with the training age. Influential factor for IL- 1β weren't found. Conclusions Long-term intense exercise training possiblely increased the body inflammation levels. However, the relationship between inflammation and some chronic diseases in athletes popuplation need to be futher studied.
