规范细节 提升物业服务企业管理水平

近些年来有越来越多的物业服务企业希望通过推行质量/环境/职业健康安全管理体系标准的贯标认证工作来提升企业的市场竞争力。本文试从认证机构审核人员对物业服务企业进行第三方管理体系审核角度出发,对审核中发现容易忽视的、涉及人身安全的技术标准条款和操作规范进行了梳理,希望对相关审核工作和物业服务企业的贯标工作有所借鉴。

In recent years a growing number of property service companies hope to enhance their market competitiveness through the implementation of the audit certifications of quali- ty/environmental/occupational health and safety management systems standards. Based on the finding during auditing, the paper intends to make a list of technical standards and opera- tion specifications that are safety related but though easily overlooked, in the hope to serve as a reference for the relevant audit certification work and the property service companies.
