肥胖相关性肾病的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 肥胖已经成为世界范围的流行病,肥胖的发病率呈逐年上升的趋势.肥胖症将是21世纪最严峻的公共卫生危机之一[1].肥胖及代谢综合征因胰岛素抵抗和慢性炎症引起复杂的代谢紊乱,导致糖尿病、高血压、高脂血症、动脉粥样硬化、冠心病和其他脏器功能损害[2],其中肾脏损害越来越受到重视[3],称肥胖相关性肾病(obesity-related glomerulopathv,ORG).本文将ORG的研究进展作一综述.
