The Comparative Analysis on Patent Creation Strength of Guangdong and Beijing

基于专利创造实力及其8个二级指标,对比分析了广东相比于北京的优势和不足,揭示了广东在专利创造数量、质量及影响力方面优于北京,但在专利创造的结构和效率上弱于北京,分析了差距的原因,指出为进一步提升广东专利创造能力应着力提升规模以上私营工业企业的专利管理能力和水平。

This paper makes a comparative analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of Guangdong compared to Beijing based on the patent creation strength and its eight sub-indexes, reveals that Guangdong is better than Beijing in the quantity,quality and influence of patent creation,however is weaker than Beijing in the structure and efficiency of patent creation, analyzes some causes of these gaps, and points out that in order to further improve Guangdong＇s patent creation strength, should strive to promote the patent management ability of private industrial enterprises above designated size.
