摘要
通过对电动汽车电流变换器的绝缘栅双极晶体管(IGBT)开关器件的不同调制方式的频谱特性进行分析,证明了IGBT是造成9~150 kHz辐射超标的主要发射源,并对其在车辆上的骚扰路径进行分析,提出了主要骚扰路径为逆变器和蓄电池之间的回路.根据分析结果,对电动汽车采取了减少环路面积、多级滤波等相应的干扰抑制措施.整改后,电动汽车的辐射发射测试结果符合标准要求.
By analyzing the spectrum characteristics of different modulation mode of insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) switching device in electric vehicles' current transformer, the IGBT is proved to be the main emission source which causes vehicle excessive radiation in the frequency range of 9-150 kHz. Meanwhile, the disturbance paths on the vehicle are also analyzed, which comes to a conclusion that the disturbance path between the current transformer and storage cell is the dominant factor. Based on the analysis result, the corresponding suppression measures by reducing loop area and installing multi-level filter are applied to the electric vehiele. After rectification, the radiated emission test results meet the requirements of standard.
