摘要
根据场线耦合理论,提出了比较距离概念。结合某型通信车电磁干扰的具体问题进行分析讨论,找出了其产生电磁干扰的原因是由于车载交换机本身内部PCB板设计不符合比较距离规定,提出了在车内交换机内部PCB上加装共模滤波器、改进车内电源滤波器盒的布局和接线等整改措施。整改后,通信车内设备满足电磁兼容测试的各项要求,设备间干扰减小到最低程度,整车测试也达标。
The concept of compared instance was proposed according 1o the coupling mechanism between transmission line and field. Combined with the practical EMI problem in a certain type of communication vehicles, the reason was analyzed that the EMI came from the PCB of on-vehicle communication switcher itself which does not conform to the role of compared instance. The correction and promotion way was proposed, snch as adding a choke fiher on the PCB, promoting the layout and links in power line EMI filtering box, etc. After adopting those correetion methods, the equipments met the z^quirements of EMC standards according its measurement items, because the EMI among equipments in vehicle reduced farthest, and the whole vehicle passed the test according to the standards.
