On the Concept of Archives Information Resource

档案信息资源概念是档案学研究中最基本的问题。现有的狭义和广义档案信息资源概念,都简单照搬信息资源学说关于信息资源概念的认识,或是把"档案信息资源"等同于"档案",或是将"影响事物的因素"与"事物本身"混为一谈,认识上存在着一定的偏差。文章对档案信息资源概念作出了表述,揭示了档案信息资源的本质属性及其独有特征,体现了知识的继承性和学科的关联性。

The concept of Archives Information Resource is the most basic subject of the archives science. So what is Archives Information Resource？ Now there are many concepts, some narrow and the others broad. But all these concepts are somehow misunderstanding, which are simply copying the explanation made by Information Resources Theory, or equating Archives Information Resource with archives, or identifying what influences it with what it is. In this article, the author explains the concept of Archives Information Resource, and concludes that such explanation is scientific and reasonable, because it reveals the essential attribute and unique characteristics of Archives Information Resource and embodies the inheritance of knowledge and the relevance of sciences.
