摘要
1 967年 ,油轮TorreyCanyon和以后发生的AmocoCadiz、ExxonValdez等溢油事件 ,震动了石油、航运等企业以及海洋环境保护部门。从 1 969年开始的溢油会议 ,交流油污染防治经验和成果 ,到 1 999年的 30年 ,可以看出船舶油污染防治的梗概。文中对此作了综合评述 。
In 1967,oil tanker Torrey Canyon and following Amoco Cadiz,Exxon Valdez oil spill incidents shaked not only the oil,shipping and relevant enterprises but also marine environment protection departments.In consequence of that first disaster,a worldwide oil spill conference aiming to exchange the experinces and achivements concerning oil pollution prevention and response was held in 1969. A general description relating to the control of oil pollution from ships during 30 years(1969-1999),its present situation and future development is given
