摘要
目的探讨高职生主观幸福感与一般自我效能感以及应对方式的关系,了解其心理健康状况,为高校心理咨询提供参考。方法运用总体幸福感量表、一般自我效能量表、应对方式量表对188名高职生进行调查。结果①大专生的主观幸福感处于中等偏上的水平,一般自我效能较高,处于自信心较高水平,其应对方式以积极应对为主;②主观幸福感在性别、城乡、专业上无显著差异;③一般自我效能感在学科和地区方面没有显著性差异,但是在性别和年级方面有显著性差异;④应对方式在性别、城乡、专业上没有显著差异;⑤高职生的主观幸福感与一般自我效能感存在显著正相关,与应对方式存在显著相关,其中,与积极应对方式存在显著正相关,与消极应对方式存在显著负相关;⑥一般自我效能感能解释主观幸福感的比例达19.7%左右,应对方式对主观幸福感的联合预测为22.4%,积极应对方式预测为12.8%,消极应对预测则为9.6%。结论积极应对方式对主观幸福感的预测更有意义。
Objective:To explore the relationship between subjective well-being and general self-efficacy of Higher Vocational Students, and its coping styles, so as to provide the reference basis for the psychological consultation in colleges and universities. Methods: Using general well-being scale, general self efficacy scale, coping scale to experiment on 188 students in Shantou Polytechnic . Results: the college students' subjective well-being were in the mid to upper level, there general self-efficacy and self-confidence were in higher level, they should be given priority to positive coping; the subjective well-being had no significant difference in gender, professional, urban and rural; the general self-efficacy had no significant difference in the discipline and area, but there were significant differences in two aspects of gender and grade; there were no significant differences in sex, urban and rural, profession, coping style and subjective well-being had significantly positive correlation with general self-efficacy, it was significantly correlated with coping style and positive coping style revealed significant positive correlation while negative coping style revealed significant negative correlation; the general self-efficacy which can explained subjective well-being was about 19.7%, coping style on the combined forecast subjective well-being was 22.4%, positive coping style and forecast of 12.8%, while negative coping predicted 9.6%. Conclusion:positive coping style predict more sense of subjective well-being.
