肺磨玻璃结节的影像诊断研究进展 被引量:21

摘要 随着医学成像技术的不断发展,特别是多层螺旋CT及低剂量螺旋CT在早期肺癌筛查中的广泛应用,提高了对肺小结节的认识,特别是对肺磨玻璃结节的认识。从炎性病变到肿瘤病变均可表现为磨玻璃结节,故诊断常缺乏特异性。相比实性结节,虽然磨玻璃结节更具有惰性行为学特点,但它的恶性率却高于实性肺结节,这给临床医生带来了挑战,因此加强对磨玻璃结节的影像诊断认知十分必要。就不同放射学检查对磨玻璃结节的诊断价值予以综述。 With the progress of medical imaging technology,the broad application of multidetector computed tomography (MDCT) and low-dose CT screening programs in the detection of early stage lung cancer have provided a comprehensive insight into small pulmonary nodules,especially ground-glass nodule (GGN).Nevertheless,GGN could be the manifestation of different pathologies ranging from inflammation to tumor,lack of specificity.Compared with solid nodules,GGNs have a higher rate of malignancy and more indolent behaviors.Accurate diagnosis is still a challenge.It is essential for clinicians to know the radiological features of GGNs.We reviewed the aplications of different radiological examinations in diagnosing GGNs.
