动态增强MRI对卵巢肿瘤的诊断价值及研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 卵巢肿瘤是严重威胁女性生命健康的疾病,对其准确诊断可以指导治疗方案,影响病人预后。肿瘤血管生成在卵巢癌的进展中起主要作用,近年来抗血管生成等靶向治疗越来越成为卵巢肿瘤化疗的研究热点。动态增强MRI不但可以提供丰富的形态学信息,而且可以无创性地评估肿瘤血管生成情况,在卵巢肿瘤的术前诊断及评估方面具有重要价值。就动态增强MRI在卵巢肿瘤的术前诊断及血管生成评估的应用价值及研究进展予以综述。 Ovarian tumors threat female's health seriously.An accurate diagnosis is essential for effective treatments and influences prognosis.Because angiogenesis plays a significant role in ovarian carcinoma progression,targeted therapy,like anti-angiogenesis,has become a hotspot in ovarian tumor chemotherapy research in the past few years.Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI can not only provide abundant morphology information but also information of angiogenesis noninvasively,having important value in preoperative evaluation.We reviewed the application and research progress of DCE-MRI in ovarian tumor preoperative diagnosis and angiogenesis evaluation.
