摘要
磁流体靶向热疗是近年来兴起的一种新的肿瘤物理治疗技术。在MR靶向铁剂成像的基础上,进一步行肿瘤区的磁流体热疗,是一个创新性概念。综述磁流体热疗的基本概念、磁流体的种类与特性、磁流体治疗采用的设备及其物理参数、磁流体治疗的物理学原理、磁流体的导入方法及MR成像在磁流体肿瘤靶向热疗中的应用前景。
Magnetic fluid hyperthermia (MFH) is a new technique of tumor physiotherapies.It is an innovative concept,in which,a MFH treatment is performed on the area of tumor during MR targeted ferralia imaging.In the present paper,we summarized the basic conception of MFH,categories and characteristics of magnetic fluids,the treatment equipment and several magnetic fluids,the physics theory of magnetic fluid treatment,implant method and the application prospect of the targeted tumor treatment with MFH.
