摘要
随着社会的进步,女性的社会地位大大提高。但受传统文化思想和性别特征等因素影响,职场针对女性的性别歧视现象仍层出不穷。本文着重分析了职场中性别歧视的现状和成因,并提出了相应的对策。
With the development of the social progress, the social status of women has improved greatly compared with the past. But, because of the influence of traditional culture and gender characteristics and other factors, the phenomenons of female gender discrimi- nation are common in the modern workplace. This paper focuses on the analysis of present situation and causes of gender discrimina- tion, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
