In this paper,a new type of rotary biological contactor (RBC)system with a new rotation mode——A rotary lifting Biological contactor is provided.The mechanism and characteristics of the rotary lifting biological contactor are discussed.The performance and effect of Up\|down the rotary lifting biological contactor are studied by a dynamical experiment device.
