After learning the training courses on teaching methods of German vocational education, the concept of vocational education in German causes the author＇s reflection and the update of the view of teaching. Several teach-ing methods which have been learnt from the courses are tried to apply to the teaching of plant production and envi-ronmental curriculum project. The key point is that the teachers should design and create their teaching methods combining the environment.
