摘要
根据汽车门盖系统的设计过程和特点,以汽车门盖系统为例研究控制开发质量的多元质量策略,提出了基于开发过程的一整套综合运用多种质量控制工具,面向多种边界需求,多节点全生命周期的控制复杂系统设计开发的质量控制策略,即多元集成的质量策略,明确了不同开发阶段需要运用的十种最优质量工具。通过建立QTS(Quality Tracking System质量跟踪系统),跟踪和控制整个开发周期当中的开发质量,形成完整的质量闭环。介绍了多元集成的质量策略在新赛欧开发中的应用效果。
The paper proposed an integrated quality control strategy for automotive closure system development by considering the development process and characteristics of closure system. The strategy was consisted of different quality tools and interfaced input/ output requirement of each development phases and integrated them together in a close loop. The strategy clearly defined 10 quality tools which are used in different development phases. QTS (Quality Tracking System) was established based on the strategy for tracking and controlling development quality in whole development processes. The application of the strategy into SGM new Sail closure system development was introduced.
