摘要
在推进专业学位研究生培养与用人单位实际需求紧密联系,积极探索人才培养供需互动机制的政策指导下,硕士研究生培养单位应以改革创新为动力,以职业能力为导向,紧密结合医疗一线人才需求,在培养目标定位、课程体系建构、教学团队组建、带教指导模式、考核评价模式等方面探索职业能力的培养路径,以培养适应专业岗位需求的综合素质过硬的高级专门人才。
Under the direction of promoting the relationship of professional degree postgraduate train-ing and the employers’ demand ,and exploring the mechanism of talent training ,institutions for training postgraduates should be vocational ability-oriented ,professional needed ,and explore a new training mode within the aspect of creating training aims ,curriculum system ,teaching teams and etc . to training high qualification and senior specialized professionals .
