摘要
加强学生对感染性疾病诊断新技术的认识,可以为其未来的临床和科研工作奠定好基础。学生通过对实时荧光定量PCR技术检测病毒核酸定量、分子克隆方法检测病毒变异耐药位点的实验操作和理论学习,掌握了病毒核酸定量和病毒变异耐药位点检测的基本方法和基本理论。通过开设这门实验课,学生能够理论联系实际,学生对感染性疾病的诊断技术有了全面的认识,并能将所学知识应用于临床和科研实际工作中,达到了开设该门课程的效果。
To enhance the students’ recognition on diagnostic new technology of infectious disease and provide a basis for clinical work and scientific research in the future .Students mastered the basic theo-ry and methods on quantity of virus nucleic acid and detection of virus mutation site by operating real-time PCR and molecular cloning in experimental course .By studying this course ,students can associ-ate the theory with reality and make use of the knowledge in clinical work and scientific research , w hich suggested the good teaching results have been obtained .
