生物化学是高等医学院校的主干基础课程之一,其实验教学在生物化学的教学中起着重要作用。为了充分调动学生学习的主动性和创造性,培养高素质的创新型人才,作者所在教研室就生物化学开放性实验课的实验内容、教学模式以及对任课教师的要求等方面进行了改革尝试,获得了很好的实验课教学效果。

Biochemistry is one of the fundamental courses in Medical University .Experimental teaching plays an important role in biochemistry teaching .In order to inspire students’ initiative and creativi-ty ,culture high-quality innovative talents ,the biochemistry department made reform on the experi-mental contents ,education models and requirements for the teachers of the biochemistry open experi-mental course ,and achieved great results on the experimental teaching .
