临床实习压力对医学生心理健康影响的调查

The Investigation about the Clinical Practice Pressure to the Mental Health of Medical Students

目的调查医学生临床实习期间的压力情况,进一步探讨该压力对其心理健康的影响。方法采用Beck-Srivastava压力量表(Beck-Srivastava Stress Inventory,BSSI)对371名处于临床实习阶段的医学生压力情况进行检测,结合症状自评量表(Symptom Check List 90,SCL-90)对其心理健康状况进行综合评定。结果临床实习期间医学生压力源主要集中在学习、就业、感情及经济4个方面,且女生就业方面压力明显高于男生,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在压力强度方面,女生的压力强度明显高于男生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在心理健康方面,临床实习期间医学生SCL-90单因子得分普遍高于中国青年常模,且在躯体化、抑郁和焦虑3个因子得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床实习期间医学生的压力较大,影响其心理健康状况,应引起教育工作者的足够关注。

Objective To investigate the pressure situation of medical students during their clinical in-ternship and further examine the press influence on their mental health . Methods Beck-Srivastava Stress Inventory is used to detect the pressure situation of 371 medical students in clinical internship ;Symptom Check List 90 is used to generally assess their mental health situation .Results The pressure resources of medical students in clinical internship are mainly centered in four aspects of study ,em-ployment ,emotion and economical condition and the female in employment are obviously higher than the male w hich show s the statistical significance （ P＆lt; 0 .05 ）;in the aspect of stress intensity , the stress intensity of female students are apparently higher than male and the difference has statistical significance（P＆lt;0 .05）;in the aspect of mental health ,the SCL 90 scores of medical students in clini-cal internship are generally higher than the normal scale of Chinese youth and the difference of scores in the three factors of somatization ,depression and anxiety has statistical significance （P＆lt;0 .05） .Con-clusion Medical students in their clinical internship have heavy pressure which affects their mental health condition and it should draw the attention of educators .
