外科病理的实践教学是病理住院医师培训的重要教学手段,不仅是传承医学和临床病理知识的重要平台,而且是提高执业水准和沟通技巧的重要学习机会。在外科实践教学过程中,第一,要重视基础知识掌握,培养正确的诊断思维和良好的工作习惯;第二,重视从病理住院医师培训到病理执业医师实践的转变,培养良好的沟通和表达技巧;第三,提高病理报告的撰写技巧,把握适度原则。通过实践教学为住院医师向病理执业医师的转变打下良好基础。

There is perhaps nothing more fundamental to the professional life of an academic surgical pathologist than teaching at the bench in the surgical pathology sign-out under a multiheaded micro-scope .It reveals not only the opportunity for transmission of medical knowledge ,but also the oppor-tunities for teaching professionalism ,communication ,and interpersonal skills .The principal objective of this article is to describe some of the characteristics related to the surgical pathology sign-out . Firstly ,teach residents diagnostic criteria ,fundamental medicine knowledge and the thought of diag-nosis .Secondly ,to teach communication skills ,preparing residents for practice .Lastly ,to teach how to make an appropriate diagnosis and w rite the pathology reports .
