国外青少年体育赛事研究:制度剖析、案例分析、前瞻启示

Research on Youth Sport Events Abroad: Policy Exploration,Case Study and Prospective Inspiration

研究通过对美国、英国、日本和俄罗斯等发达国家制定体育政策和管理体系对青少年体育赛事的影响,认为青少年体育组织(协会或社团)在赛事举办过程中发挥了普及体育运动和培养后备人才的双重功能。以英国青少年体育信任组织和全美大学运动联合会等社会组织举办的赛事为案例,从创新管理体制和运行机制、分级不同级别赛事权力边界、制定"业余性"政策导向、促使学校、社区和公益性组织社会融合,以启示我国青少年体育赛事社会化改革进程。

The paper analyzes the influences of sports policy - making and the establishment of management system in USA, UK, Japan and Russia on youth sports competitions, believing that youth sports organizations play the dual roles of popularizing sports and bringing up reserve talents athletes in the process of holding competitions. The paper con- ducts a case study of the competitions held by British youth sports organizations and the NCAA in order to provide the corresponding inspirations for the socialization process of China＇ s youth sports competitions.
