湟水流域是带动青海经济腾飞的重要地带 ,在我国大西北开发中起着“强东拓西”的作用。分析了湟水流域在区域发展过程中存在的主要问题 ,提出了可持续发展的对策。

Huangshui Watershed is the most important zone to promote the quick development of Qinhai economy.Based on the analysis of the major problems in the regional development of Huangshui,the sustainable development countermeasures were put forward.
