摘要
对电控单体泵高压燃油喷射系统进行预喷射技术的研究。在AMESim中搭建了电控单体泵系统的模型并进行仿真和试验验证,结果表明该模型能够较为准确地预测燃油喷射系统的基本参数变化规律。在此模型基础上进行预喷射仿真研究,其结果显示:预喷射在油管内形成压力波动,对主喷产生影响;预喷油量越大,主喷油压波动越大,平均主喷油压越小,导致相同喷油脉宽下主喷油量减少。虽然预喷射形成的压力波动随转速的升高而减弱,但中低速时的影响不可忽视,故如采用预喷射,须重新标定主喷脉宽MAP。
The technology of pilot injection is studied on a high-pressure fuel injection system with electronic unit pump (EUP).A model for EUP is established in AMESim and with the model both simulation and verification test are conducted.The results indicate that the pilot injection produces pressure fluctuations in high-pressure line and exerts significant effects on main injection.The more the pilot injection quantity,the severer the pressure fluctuations of the main injection,and the smaller the average pressure of main injection,leading to the reduction in fuel quantity of main injection under same injection purse width.Though the pressure fluctuations caused by pilot injection weakens with the increase in engine speed,its effects at low and medium speed cannot be ignored.So if the pilot injection is adopted the purse width MAP of main injection should be recalibrated.
