汽车转向盘骨架性能的多学科设计优化 被引量:3

摘要 针对某款新车的转向盘骨架设计,为兼顾相互矛盾的碰撞安全性和疲劳耐久性,采用多学科设计优化对转向盘骨架若干截面尺寸进行了优化,实现不同性能的并行设计,缩短开发周期。为提高计算效率,通过实验设计构建了Kriging近似模型作为仿真模型。结果表明,该方法较好地满足转向盘骨架碰撞安全性的同时确保其疲劳耐久性,具有较强的工程实用性。 Aiming at the design of steering wheel skeleton structure of a new car,and for concurrently ensuring its two contradictory performances,impact safety and fatigue durability,multidisciplinary design optimization (MDO) is adopted to conduct size optimization on a few sections of steering wheel skeleton,achieving the parallel design of different performances and the reduction of lead time.For increasing calculation efficiency,a Kriging surrogate model is constructed as simulation model by the design of experiment.The results show that MDO can better meet the requirements on the impact safety of steering wheel skeleton while assure its fatigue durability,having strong engineering practicality.
