摘要
以甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯为单体,合成了一系列阳离子光固化型三元含氟共聚物,并表征其结构.这些共聚物分别与环氧硅烷混合制备光固化型粘合剂体系,然后经紫外光照射粘附于真丝织物上.测试光固化涂层的表面接触角、化学稳定性、柔软性、泛黄及热降解性等性能,结果表明:由于含有氟、硅组分,粘合剂涂层的表面能低至22 mJ/m2;其化学稳定性和柔软性良好,且不易泛黄.
Using glycidyl methacrylate, methacrylate and 2,2,3,4,4,4-hexafluorobutyl methacrylate as monomers, a series of cationic UV-curable ternary fluorine containing copolymers were synthesized, and their structures were characterized. These copolymers were respectively mixed with epoxy siloxane to form the UV-curable adhesive systems. After UV irradiation, these systems were cured respectively, and adhered to silk fabric. The contact angle, chemical stability, flexibility, yellowing resistance, as well as thermal degradation of these cured coatings were investigated. The results indicated that due to the presence of fluorine and silicon Components, the surface energy of the coatings was down to 22 m J/m2; they showed excellent chemical stability and flexibility, and were not easy to yellow.
