摘要 以常压可染、抗静电聚丙烯纤维为研究对象,采用Dystar Dianix AC-E三原色对其进行染色,研究染色动力学和热力学.结果表明:随着染色温度升高,Dianix AC-E对聚丙烯纤维的平衡吸附量和染色速率常数均增大,半染时间减小;Dianix AC-E上染聚丙烯纤维的吸附等温线不完全服从Nernst分配型,而是Langmuir与Nernst的复合型;随着染色温度升高,Nernst型分配系数KN增大,Langmuir定位吸附系数KL减小,饱和值[S]和染色亲和力增大. Taking normal pressure dyeable and antistatic polypropylene fiber (PP) as the research object, Dystar Dianix AC-E three primary colors were used to dye the fiber. The dyeing kinetics and dyeing thermodynamics of disperse dye on the PP fiber were studied. The results showed that the equilibrium adsorption capacity and dyeing rate constant of Dianix AC-E to PP fiber was increased and the half-dyeing time was reduced with dyeing temperature increasing. The adsorption isotherm of Dianix AC-E to PP fiber does not entirely accord with Nernst distribution model, it accords with the combination of Nernst distribution and Langmuir adsorption. The partition coefficient KN of Nernst increased as dyeing temperature rose, but the Langmuir adsorption coefficient KL reduced, while the adsorption saturation value [S] and dyeing affinity increased.
