硅烷封端聚醚(STP-E)杂化体系密封胶与粘合剂的配方与性能研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用α-硅烷技术的STP-E杂化聚合制备的密封胶和粘合剂,短时间内可达到良好的初始强度和黏度,具有绿色环保、表面可上色、储存稳定等性能优点。本文重点介绍如何根据性能要求采用GENIOSIL誖STP-E杂化基础聚合物进行密封胶和粘合剂的配方设计,探讨了配方中各组分对成品性能的影响。 Hybrid sealants and adhesives prepared with silane-terminated polyether (STP-E) which is based on WACKER α- silane technology, can fast and completely cure and fast build up initial strength; with advantages of "green", environmentally friendly, printable surface and stable storage. This paper introduces formulation designs with GENIOSIL STP-E hybrid polymer according to performance requirements, and the relationship between components in the formulation and the performance of finished products.
