南水北调中线工程设计与重大技术问题研究 被引量:12

摘要 南水北调工程对于缓解北方水资源短缺矛盾,促进经济、社会、资源环境协调发展具有重要意义。简要回顾了南水北调中线工程的论证、研究、设计历程。对输水总干渠设计的难点进行了梳理,主要包括渠道线路选择、输水交叉建筑物布置、渠道工程设计。其中,侧重对膨胀土渠坡防护、穿越煤矿采空区、穿黄河盾构隧道工程等进行了介绍,并结合地质条件、施工设备情况阐述了工程设计施工中的难点及技术创新点。通过以上技术问题总结,不仅有利于中线工程后期维护与管理,也可为其他类似工程提供借鉴。 The reasoning, research and design process for South-to-North Water Diversion Project, especially the Middle Route Project is reviewed. The design difficulties during the main canal design are demonstrated, including canal route selection, canal crossing buildings and main canal design. And the study results of canal slope protection measures for expansive soil sec-tion, passing through coal mining area, the shield tunnel crossing Yellow River are presented in detail, at the same time the cor-responding measures are put forward according to the geological condition and equipment condition. The summarization is not only favorable for subsequent canal operation and maintenance, but also provides references for similar projects.
