摘要
针对以往二维平面设计中存在的工作效率低等问题,基于CATIA三维设计分析平台,建立了箱型管涵三维结构模板库,采用自主开发的水工三维可视化CAD软件,实现了快速、高效的钢筋图三维设计。结合南水北调中线总干渠工程实例应用,较以往二维设计方法,三维设计工作方法减少了绘制、校审等各环节的工作量,大幅节约了设计工日,并可避免图纸常规性错误,极大地提高了设计工作效率。三维设计方法已在南水北调中线一期工作中得到广泛应用。
In view of the low working efficiency of 2D design, a model library for 3D box type culvert is established on the ba-sis of CATIA-3D, and the quick and efficient 3D design of reinforced steel bar drawings is realized by using self-developed 3D hydraulic visualized CAD. The design method was applied in the main canal of Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion. Compared with the previous 2D design, the work of drawing and examination as well as the working days can be re-duced by the 3D method;meanwhile, the regular errors in the drawings can be avoided and the design efficiency improved great-ly. The 3D design method has been applied extensively in the Stage I Works of Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion.
