摘要
针对数字化曲线磨床加工过程中存在的砂轮与工件、机床与工件的干涉问题,提出了可以避开干涉并得到工件关键点处编程参数的磨削辅助算法。进行了数学建模以进行理论分析,并采用Matlab软件进行了仿真。结果表明,该算法能有效实现基于最佳近似法向跟踪角的法向跟踪曲线磨削。
Aim at the interference problems between the grinding wheel & workpiece or machine tool & workpiece during the work process of digital curve grinder, an auxiliary algorithm for grinding is set forth to avoid interference while obtaining programmatic parameters at key points of workpiece. Theoretical analysis is conducted by mathematical modeling and the simulation is performed by introduction of Matlab software. The results prove that this algorithm can effectively realize the grinding by tracking the curve in normal direction at the tracking angle in best approximated normal direction.
