新机遇下广西龙州与越南经贸合作思路分析

Analysis on the Cooperation between Guangxi Longzhou and Vietnam under the New Opportunities

中国—东盟关系以及中国与越南经贸合作的新发展为广西龙州县与越南合作提供了新机遇。打造广西面向西南、中南开放战略支点也为广西龙州县经济的发展指明了方向。越南加入泛太平洋伙伴关系协议(TPP)为广西沿边开放提供了新平台。根据这些新发展,广西龙州县要充分发挥沿边优势,加快调整与越南合作的发展思路,并抓住这些新机遇。本文提出了打造边境四维空间合作平台,加强广西(龙州)与越南经贸合作的新建议。

China-ASEAN relation and Sino-Vietnam economic and trade cooperation provide a new opportunity for the cooperation between Guangxi Longzhou and Vietnam. It pointes out the direction for the development of Guangxi Longzhou that the strategic fulcrum is built for opening towards the southwest and central south of China in Guangxi. It offers a new platform for opening along the border areas of Guangxi Longzhou that Vietnam will join the TPP. According to the new developments, Guangxi Longzhou must seize the new opportunities with giving full use to the advantage of border areas and speeding up adjusting the developing way between Guangxi Longzhou and Vietnam. For this point, the article puts forward the new proposals for the cooperation between Guangxi Longzhou and Vietnam that is to build a border four-dimensional space cooperation platform.
