摘要
根据零件成形工艺分析毛坯轮廓的排样及对模具结构进行设计,重点对圆形弯曲成形工序的结构加以说明,经生产实践证明,模具结构合理,生产的零件质量达到了要求,为同类型零件的模具设计提供了一定的参考。
The layout design of the blank profile of a pin connecting base was carried out based on analysis of the part＇s forming process and the mould structure was designed. The structure for the circular bending forming process was discussed in detail.
