摘要
通过对磁极冲片复合冲模结构的优化设计,实现了用一副模具通过更换模块的方式冲制出2种磁极冲片的效果,节省了一副磁极复合冲模的制造费用,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率,对同类产品的成形具有一定的参考作用。
Optimization design was made on the structure of a combination die for the pole laminations with which two types of pole laminations were manufactured in one die only by replacing dieblocks.
