分析了薄壁卡圈的成形工艺,设计了精冲级进模,介绍了模具结构及模具关键零件的设计。实际生产证明:模具结构合理,能保证产品质量,生产效率较高。
The forming technique of a thin-walled clamp was analyzed and the design of a fine blanking progressive die structure for the part andthe die key components was pre sented.
