摘要
在铜铬触头成型工艺分析的基础上,用不同的热挤压成型工艺方案对材料的利用率进行了分析对比,运用活动凹模对异型静触头进行了热挤压,材料利用率和生产效率得到大幅度提高。
Based on analysis of the forming process of Cu-Cr contact, the effects of differ ent hot extrusion forming process schemes on the material utilization ratio were studied and compared. The hot extrusion of special-shaped stationary contact was performed by moving die with which can the material utilization and productivity be greatly increased.
