摘要
针对背门内板窗框常见开裂问题,分析了背门内板窗框变形特征和成形过程中材料变薄、开裂的原因。基于有限元仿真模型,研究了工艺孔尺寸和刺破工艺对拉深破裂的影响,并提出了工艺调整方案,最后通过现场生产验证了分析结果的准确性和修模方案的有效性。
In view of the common crack problem of window frmnein automobile lift door in ner panel, analysis was made on the deformation features and the causes of material＇s thin ning and window frame＇s cracking. Based on the FEM model, the influence of auxiliary hole size and piercing process on the drawing crack was systematically investigated; and the improvement plans were presented.
