体育院校网球教练员胜任特征探索性因素分析

通过文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对我国体育院校的网球教练员的胜任特征进行了探索性因素分析,认为体育院校网球教练员应该具备的胜任特征包含个人特质特征、能力特征、知识特征。这为我国体育院校网球教练员的招聘与考核评价标准的制定,学生培养目标与规格的制定,以及其他单位网球人才引进标准的制定提供了参考依据。

Through the methods of literature material, questionnaire survey and mathematical staustics, carry out the exploratory factor analysis on competency of tennis coaches in sport colleges, concludes that the competency of tennis coaches in sports colleges should include personal traits, capacity and knowledge. In order to provides references for recruitment and evaluation of tennis coaches in sport colleges, training objectives and specifications of college students and recruitment of tennis talents for other units.
