摘要
该文主要介绍了9E燃气轮机压气机排气缸加工的攻关项目,针对该产品的结构及材料进行分析,通过设计专用夹具、改进刀具、确定测量起吊方案等措施,解决了该产品的大型薄壁件整体刚性差、起吊装夹易变形、车加工振动大粗糙度难以保证等问题,保证了该产品的加工质量满足设计要求。
This paper main introduces processing of 9E gas turbine compressor discharge inner casing .According to the analysis of the structure and material of the product , it proposes some measures such as designing special fixture , improving the cutting tools, making plan of measurement and lifting.The problems including large thin-wall part with poor inflexibility, easy to deform when lifting, hard to ensure the roughness when turning with vibration are solved .Thereby, the processing quality can meet the design requirements .
