摘要
综述了联苯吡菌胺及其中间体的合成路线,并对各路线进行了比较和评价。以3,4-二氯苯胺为原料经重氮化反应、偶联反应、酰化反应合成联苯吡菌胺的合成路线最有工业化前景和研究价值。
The synthetic routes of bixafen and its intermediates were reviewed in this paper, and each route were compared and evaluated. 3, 4-dichloroaniline as raw materials, bixafen was synthesized through diazotization, coupling reaction and acylation. This synthetic route had most research value and prospects for industrialization.
