资生丸加味治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

Zisheng Pill in Treatment of 61 Cases of Ulcerative Colitis

目的:观察以资生丸为主方治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床效果,为溃疡性结肠炎患者提供新的治疗方法。方法:选取2008年4月—2010年4月来本院就诊的溃疡性结肠炎患者61例作为研究对象,治疗组患者以资生丸为主方进行治疗,对照组患者给予柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗,观察两组患者在治疗前后的临床症状积分,并进行临床综合疗效的比较。结果:经过2个月的治疗,治疗组患者临床综合疗效明显高于对照组,且治疗组的临床症状积分明显降低。结论:资生丸加味治疗溃疡性结肠炎取得了满意的治疗效果,可以推广使用。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of Zisheng Pill of ulcerative colitis patients and to provide a new treatment for this disease. Methods ：61 patients from April 2008 to April 2010 in our hospital with ulcerative colitis were as research sub- jects. The treatment group used Zisheng Pill to treat ulcerative colitis and the control group orally took sulfasalazine （SASP）I The comprehensive clinical efficacy was observed and compared. Results：After two months treatment,comprehensive clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher and the clinical symptom score was decreased significantly. Conclusion ：Zisheng Pill in the treatment of ulcerative colitis has achieved satisfactory therapeutic effect ,and could be widely used.
