多指标综合加权评分法考察冬柏通淋合剂提取工艺

Optimizing Extraction Process of Dongbai Tonglin Heji by Comprehensive Evaluation of Multiple Mark

目的:优选冬柏通淋合剂的提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交设计法对冬柏通淋合剂提取时所用的溶剂倍量、提取时间、提取次数进行考察,以出膏率、盐酸小檗碱、总生物碱、总黄酮为考察指标,采用多指标综合加权评分的方法优选出冬柏通淋合剂的提取工艺。结果:冬柏通淋合剂的最佳提取工艺为:8倍量水,提取2次,每次1 h。结论:优选的工艺合理、稳定、可操作性强,适于产业化生产。

Objective ： To optimize the extraction process of Dongbai Tonglin Heft. Methods ： The water quantity, boiling frequen- cy and times were as the investigation factors by L9 （3^4） table of orthogonal test. The content, berberine hydrochloride, total alka- loids and total flavonoids were as the indices. The data was analyzed by comprehensive evaluation of multiple mark and the extrac- tion process was optimized. Results ： The best extraction process was boiling the herbs with 8 times water and twice and every time for 1 hour. Conclusion：This extraction process is reasonable, stable, strong operable, and applying to the industrial production.
